Join FIT4MOM Naperville for a fun-filled morning!

Stroller Strides is a full-body, interactive workout complete with songs, bubbles and entertainment for kiddo + cardio, strength training and core work for you. Stroller Strides is perfect for the postnatal mom as well as the prenatal momma as all of our instructors are certified to ensure mom gets a safe and effective workout no matter the age or stage of motherhood.

PLAYGROUP

Join us after class in creating a very special Ornament Keepsake. We will be using various holiday themed strings to measure our littles and place them inside an ornament to keep and cherish forever! You do not need anything for this activity.

Please sign up for class 2-3 days ahead of time, to be sure all of our kids attending class have something to take home
