Join us after your class for a special workshop with Kristina Long, LPC, to discuss what to expect pre- and post-birth and how to best mentally prepare for the exciting journey of parenting.

What to expect: A 45-minute workout, relaxing meditation, a chance to meet other local expecting mommas, and learn about taking care of yourself as you prepare for and care for baby.
