Stroller Strides®
Stroller Strides® is a 60-minute total-body workout with strength, cardio, and core training, all while engaging the little ones in a stroller! You’ll leave class feeling strong, empowered, connected, and energized—no matter your stage of motherhood.

BODY WELL
Body Well® empowers you to grow past what you thought was possible. This 8-week mom-only program includes weekly workouts, group accountability, nutritional guidance, recipes, and weekly challenges to help you improve your physical, mental, and emotional well-being. This transformational program is customized for you by setting your goals, tracking your habits, and working with your coach. Find the extra motivation you need in this small group setting within FIT4MOM’s motherhood sisterhood.

FIT4BABY®
FIT4BABY® is our prenatal program that includes weekly private group workouts, community support, and a coach certified to teach all stages of pregnancy. The workouts will build your mental and physical endurance, strengthen your body, and prepare you for pregnancy, birth, and beyond.

RUN CLUB+®
Take your running to the next level with our 8-week guided training program for 5K, 10K, or half marathon distance runs. We provide opportunities to learn and improve your running techniques through our detailed training plans, coaching, and community support.

STROLLER BARRE®
Stroller Barre® is a 60-minute stroller workout that improves your posture, stability, and mobility while strengthening your body from the inside out! Reconnect with your body, increase flexibility, and find the inner strength you need for motherhood.

STRIDES 360®
Increase your endurance and speed to sprint through mom life with Strides 360®! This class is perfect with or without the kiddos. It's fast-paced, high energy and a ton of fun. During this 60-minute heart-pumping workout, you will see agility moves, body weight recovery sets, optional runs, and a fun finisher that will energize you for the rest of your day!

BODY IGNITE®
Body Ignite® is a 60-minute mom-only strength workout that targets every muscle in your body. This easy-to-follow program will increase your metabolism, athleticism, and ability to lift, lunge, and push everything mom-life throws your way!

BODY BOOST®
Body Boost® is our a mom-only, total-body workout that is challenging, empowering, and energizing. We use a variety of tools including weights and weighted bars as well as other fun tools during our circuit classes. By combining cardio, strength, core training, and meditation, you will leave this workout refreshed and recharged for all that comes with motherhood. Every class focuses on the core moves and muscles but is also different keeping you coming back for more. It is the perfect for seasoned athletes as well as beginners as we break down those exercises, encourage you to listen to your body will also challenging you to push past that comfort level.
