Lindsey Witkovski: Mom of the Month December 2020

Lindsey walked in to our Village ready to jump in to the Body Well and Boost program. And that she did- making amazing progress over two sessions, all while pulling major mom duty to her four kiddos and studying for a masters program, while her husband is overseas serving our country (thank you!). Talk to Lindsey for any amount of time and she is will commiserate with you about all things mom life. So happy Lindsey found our F4M Village and I love having her determination in my Body Well community.

On top of being extremely dedicated to Body Well and Body Boost, Lindsey dominated our Run Club+ program and has consistently improved her 5k and 10k times while being a great support and motivator to all of the other mamas in the group. She’s a truly wonderful friend and an integral part of our village!

- Lindsey’s FIT4MOM Naperville Instructors

Introduce us to your family!

I have four kids ( Michael 7, Antonia 4, Octavia 2 and Luke 9months). My husband Larry is currently serving in Korea.

How long have you been a member of FIT4MOM Naperville? What made you come to your first class and which classes have you participated in?

I have been a member of FIT4MOM for six months. I have been a part of other FIT4MOM franchises around the country and I always loved how it brings moms together. Before I moved here it was the first thing I looked up! I have participated in Body Well, Run Club, Strides 360 and Stroller Strides.

What would you say to a mom considering joining our village?

Do it! It is an amazing way to meet new friends. I also love that the younger kids get to socialize and meet other kids during and after workouts.

You have been so dedicated these last few months and it shows! What would you say to a mom who has been having a hard time prioritizing self-care?

You can’t pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first.

What is your favorite mom hack or piece of advice to share with your fellow moms?

Keep an “oops” tub in your car. Fill it with Clorox wipes, paper towels, snacks, extra kids clothes, $20 and plastic bags.
