Body Well-Health and Wellness Program
Our Body Well program is about the journey -- about taking 8 weeks just for you, one day at a time -- for your body and soul. It's an 8-week results-based program meant to meet you where you need it the most whether that be with meal planning, exercise, balancing life and motherhood, learning about the benefits of nutritious food, increasing hydration, destressing, or fitting into that dress. We are here to help you crush your goals!
In this 8-week program, you will join our mamahood sisterhood; a community full of support, encouragement, and TLC. Beyond the workout portion of this program, you will also gain access to educational resources that will teach you how to manage stress (amongst the craziness of mom-life), sleep better so you feel well-rested (even with lack of sleep), and nourish your body with nutrient-dense, whole-foods and simple ingredients (with a full nutrition and recipe guide). You will also participate in two weekly live HIIT workouts meant to challenge you, recharge you and teach you how to exercise without injury.
- What is included in the program?
- -Two high intensity interval training (HIIT) workouts per week that cycle thru cardio, strength and core in a small group format. Our coaches are specially trained to work with the female body.

- -One FREE weekly stroller class (Stroller Strides, Strides 360, Stroller Barre or Body Ignite)
- -Before/after fitness assessments, measurements, and photos to celebrate your victories
- -Meal planning tools
- -Weekly motivational emails with health and wellness tips

- -In-person and virtual coaching and support, including check-ins from your coach
