FREE Pop-Up Class & Salad Bar Party

"Build Your Own Salad" Party!

Come for a night of fitness, fun, and food!

Class is FREE for moms NEW to FIT4MOM!

We’ll kick things off with a heart-pumping Body Boost workout, then stick around to meal prep some fresh, delicious salads for the week — all while spending time with your favorite mom friends!

EVENT DETAILS:

7:30 PM – Body Boost Workout

A mom-only, full-body class featuring cardio, strength training, core work, and a relaxing meditation to wrap it up. Fitness and fun in one empowering session!

8:15 PM – Build Your Own Salad Bar

Prep a few salads for the week while enjoying great conversation and community.

WHAT TO BRING:

- 3–4 containers (Tupperware, jars, or salad bins)

- One salad topping to share with the group

*Topping Ideas:

- Fresh veggies (broccoli, tomatoes, peppers)

- Fruits (berries, apples, dried cranberries)

- Proteins (chicken, beans, tofu, cheese)

- Crunchy extras: pepitas, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds

- Nuts: almonds, pecans, walnuts, peanuts, pine nuts

Croutons, crispy onions, and more!
