HIIT Class and "Build A Salad" Bar

"Build Your Own Salad" Party!
We’ll kick things off with a heart-pumping Body Boost workout, then stick around to meal prep some fresh, delicious salads for the week — all while spending time with your favorite mom friends!

WHAT TO BRING:
- 3–4 containers (Tupperware, jars, or salad bins)
- One salad topping to share with the group
- *Topping Ideas:
- - Fresh veggies (broccoli, tomatoes, peppers)
- - Fruits (berries, apples, dried cranberries)
- - Proteins (chicken, beans, tofu, cheese)
- - Crunchy (pepitas, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds)
- - Nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, peanuts, pine nuts)
- - Croutons
- - Crispy onions
