HIIT Class and "Build A Salad" Bar

"Build Your Own Salad" Party!

We’ll kick things off with a heart-pumping Body Boost workout, then stick around to meal prep some fresh, delicious salads for the week — all while spending time with your favorite mom friends!

WHAT TO BRING:

- 3–4 containers (Tupperware, jars, or salad bins)

- One salad topping to share with the group

  • *Topping Ideas:
  • - Fresh veggies (broccoli, tomatoes, peppers)
  • - Fruits (berries, apples, dried cranberries)
  • - Proteins (chicken, beans, tofu, cheese)
  • - Crunchy (pepitas, sunflower seeds, hemp hearts, chia seeds)
  • - Nuts (almonds, pecans, walnuts, peanuts, pine nuts)
  • - Croutons
  • - Crispy onions
