PLAYGROUP: Summer Kickoff Party!
Come kick off summer with us after class with a visit from Danny's Ice Cream truck as well as lawn games and a kickball game for the kiddos!

Strides 360: This class is perfect with or without the kiddos. It's fast-paced, high energy and a ton of fun. During this 60-minute heart-pumping workout, you will see agility moves, body weight recovery sets, optional runs, and a fun finisher that will energize you for the rest of your day!
