Join FIT4MOM Naperville for a full body, interactive workout for you followed by a playgroup for kids of all ages!

PLAYGROUP: Jungle Sensory and STEM-Monkeys, tigers and fun oh my! We’ll have a sensory bin for the littles plus jungle themed challenges for the bigs!

Strides 360: This class is perfect with or without the kiddos. It's fast-paced, high energy and a ton of fun. During this 60-minute heart-pumping workout, you will see agility moves, body weight recovery sets, optional runs, and a fun finisher that will energize you for the rest of your day!
