If you are wondering how to properly train and strengthen your core and pelvic floor after giving birth, then we have the perfect workshop for you! Whether you are recently postpartum or haven't given birth in years, your core and pelvic floor can be strengthened like very muscle in your body. Learn from our expert pelvic floor therapist.

Strong from the Inside Out: Core & Pelvic Floor Post-Class Workshop
Stick around after class for a quick workshop to learn how to get to your entire core (which includes your pelvic floor) on board throughout your workouts, not just during an “ab finisher”. Leena Bird, women's pelvic floor and core therapist, will walk us through mobility exercises, set up tips for strength moves and breathing strategies to feel a deeper connection in your body and mind.
Light snacks and refreshments will be served.
