Women's Fitness and Wellness Open House

Are you looking to focus on your health and wellness to build exercise and nutrition into your daily routine?

Interested in building muscle and strengthening your body to meet the demands of life and motherhood?

Would love a one-on-one coach to guide you through the process and help you stay accountable with your goals?

YES!? Then you have to try out Body Well!

Experience working out in a small group atmosphere, led by your coach, Nina Field. After class, enjoy a post-workout Body Well treat while you mingle with other mamas currently enrolled or interested in the Body Well program and our upcoming spring session. Plus, attendees can look forward to exclusive *discounts* and raffle prizes!

What: A free 45-minute HIIT workout followed by a calming meditation that will leave you feeling empowered and refreshed.

Who: This moms-only open house is free to attend for moms new to FIT4MOM, friends of current members, and/or anyone interested in joining our spring 2025 Body Well session.

  • Monday, April 28 at 7:30PM at Zion Lutheran Church
  • Saturday, May 3 at 7:30AM at Lisle Park District
