Introduce us to your family!

Wes and I have been together for 18 years and married for 6! We met while attending DeVry University. We live in Naperville. Our son Zane was born in August 2021, he’s the light of our lives and our little miracle. We have a fur baby, Eva, a Jack Russell who will be 5 in October.

How long have you been a member of F4M Naperville?

I officially joined March 17, 2023; but my first class was Strides 360 with Nina on March 16.

What made you come to your first class and which classes have you participated in?

I wanted to get into shape, meet other moms, have Zane being active, and just be able to get out of the house! I have participated in everything except Fit4Baby!

What are your favorite things to do with your family?

We enjoy going to the zoo, swimming, DuPage Children’s Museum, going to different parks.

What would you say to a mom considering joining our village?

Just try it! You don’t know until you try! If you haven’t worked out in a while, it’s okay! The instructors will work with you and guide you. Everyone is welcoming and friendly. I’m not the most social, outgoing person; but I’ve definitely opened up, because I don’t feel judged. It’s like a big family! Everyone is encouraging and helpful. If you need advice or just a shoulder to lean on there’s someone there.

What has been your biggest gain since joining FIT4MOM Naperville?

The friendships! I now feel like I have people I can turn to. Secondly, the health benefits. I’ve definitely gotten into shape and I’m so happy with my results!
