Introduce us to your family!

My family includes Charlotte (4), Cooper (1.5), and Dave (39)

How long have you been a member of F4M Naperville? What made you come to your first class and which classes have you participated in?

I have been a member of Fit4Mom Naperville since January of 2020. I joined for the awesome workouts and for the nice routine it provided for me and my daughter on my days off from work. Stroller Strides has always been such a fun class, and I love seeing so many strong women modeling healthy habits for their children. Since then, I have enjoyed jogging during Strides 360, getting that muscle burn during Stroller Barre, pushing myself with weights during Ignite and Cardio Ignite, stretching everything out during Yoga, improving my consistency during Run Club+, and finally learning how to maintain healthy habits during Body Well!

What are your favorite things to do with your family?

We love spending time outside—hiking, biking, walking, swimming! When the weather does not cooperate, we love getting creative with indoor obstacle courses and of course arts n’ crafts—Charlotte loves to paint rocks!

What would you say to a mom considering joining our village?

If you are looking for the most positive and supportive group of women—look no further! I love how every workout is tailored to meet you wherever you are that day. The judgement-free modifications for every fitness level help you to listen to your body no matter what stage of motherhood you are in.

What has been your biggest gain since joining FIT4MOM Naperville?

I was finally able to rearrange my work schedule to join Body Well this past session, and I can’t say enough about all I have gained! My goal was to improve my back and core strength to help with back pain, and I am now pain free! The healthy meal planning habits I learned have changed my life. It is easier for me to make good decisions and healthy swaps. I give myself the grace to still enjoy life and the occasional sweets (and wine). I feel so strong, and I can’t wait to see what else I gain during the next session of Body Well!
