In honor of World Breastfeeding Week, join FIT4MOM Naperville for a full-body cardio and strength prenatal workout perfect for every stage of pregnancy followed by a breastfeeding and exercise presentation with local support group: Transitions into Parenting.

PRESENTATION: Discussion on the connection between breastfeeding and exercise. Whether you're expecting your first baby or preparing for another postpartum journey, this session will help you separate fact from myth and feel more confident navigating breastfeeding while staying active.
We'll cover topics including:
-Does exercise affect milk supply?
-What should I know about breastfeeding and exercise?
-Tips for staying comfortable while breastfeeding and exercising
-Hydration, nutrition, and realistic expectations
-There will also be time for questions and discussion.
