PLAYGROUP: Bring your goggles for some messy science experiments with a real life engineer (Emily’s husband). Be ready for Diet Coke and mentos, an exploding volcano and more! We will plan to be in the back parking lot for the fun!

Strides 360 and Body Ignite Mash-Up: This class is perfect with or without the kiddos. It's fast-paced, high energy and a ton of fun and goes perfectly with our Ignite portion of class which is strength training!
