I’m Betsy Goldbeck and I am so excited (and nervous🙃) to be stepping in as the new Fit4Baby instructor. For the first time in almost 10 years of being a part of Fit4Mom, this will be my first time leading class.

I have been married to my husband Rob for almost 12 years. We’re in South Naperville and together we have 4 kiddos. Emma is 10, Dane is 8, Micah is 5 and Aiden is 2.

I am a homeschool mom to my oldest three and a full time medical mom to Aiden who has congenital heart disease.

I enjoy my morning coffee, spending these summer days with my kids at the pool and going on lots of walks and bike rides.

As I said, I joined Fit4Mom back in the fall of 2016 when my daughter was 8 months old, and have been taking classes throughout pregnancies and postpartum. It’s not always been easy to show up, but I always leave feeling so proud of not canceling that class.

Fit4Mom has truly been a blessing in my 10+ years of motherhood. It’s where I have made so many of my closest friends. My kids have made friends and I am so grateful for it. The village is amazing and I hope you all feel the same. You can always count on someone from this community willing to help, encourage, inspire and cheer you on. My family and I can attest to the strength in motherhood and how it’s impacted our family for the better
