Emily Mroczek lives in Woodridge with her husband Marek and four kids under 6: John (6), Abby (4), Max (3) and Mary Anna (1). She embraces "happy chaos" and loveable messes," and is usually the instigator of family shenanigans.

Emily joined Fit4Mom in 2023 after seeing all the social media posts and having serious FOMO of all the Fit4Mom excitement! Now that she's here, Emily loves feeling consistently welcomed into the village no matter how long it's been or how many potty breaks her children need during a workout.

Emily has been a children's librarian since 2014 and currently works part-time in Arlington Heights. She loves spending her time with her children, her friend's children, any other children.... and cannot wait to have playgroup fun with the Fit4Kids!
