Krista lives in Naperville with her husband David, and 2 girls, Kaia (5) and Mia(2) and their dog Zeus. Krista grew up in Iowa and after graduating from the University of Iowa she worked as a social worker and counselor in Chicago for 10 years.

In her free time she likes to host get-togethers with friends and family, go boating, swim, exercise, and dance.

During her first pregnancy she and her husband moved to Naperville to be closer to family. At that point she decided to stay home to raise their children. After her second was born in 2022 Krista found Fit4Mom through a mom friend and was so grateful she did! Since Fit4Mom has had such a positive impact on her physical and mental health she decided to join the team in 2024 as a fitness instructor to spread more mama positivity!
