Savannah Morey
Savannah lives in Naperville with her husband Jason and their two daughters, Genevieve (4)
and Lorelei (under 1). She graduated from Miami University with a double major in
Communications and Social Psychology. Throughout her life, Savannah has always had a
passion for dance and fitness, having danced in college and with a background in classical
ballet training.
After getting married in 2020, Savannah relocated to Chicagoland and welcomed her first born
in 2021. Savannah felt the need to connect with others, especially as a new mom-to-be in an
unfamiliar place. She wanted to find a community of women who could relate to the challenges
of motherhood. Her search led her to Fit4Mom in the summer of 2021, where she immediately
felt welcomed and accepted. From that first class, she was hooked and has been an active
participant ever since.
Savannah is so excited to now be teaching Stroller Strides and Stroller Barre. She believes
deeply in the importance of fitness, not only for physical health but for mental and emotional
well-being as well—especially during motherhood. She understands how isolating motherhood
can feel at times and is passionate about helping other moms find their village, all while
teaching quick and effective workouts for all fitness levels.
When she’s not teaching or participating in Fit4Mom classes, you’ll find Savannah spending
time outdoors with her kids, attending social events, or exploring her favorite city—Chicago!
She’s excited to continue growing the community of strong, supportive moms and to help others
feel empowered!
